Really decreases the amount of hair that is shed, helps with the itching but not as much as I had hoped. However, I buy this product every month.

My part Bichon part Poodle has very dry and itchy skin. After giving him a full tablet - at the first sign of itching (no more than twice a day) Buddy would immediately stop his scratching.
I don't know WHY or HOW it works - I'm just glad it DOES!!

I've got a Chesapeake Bay Retriever who is on 50mg of allergy medicine 4 times a day. I was looking into this as an alternate to the benadryl. It didn't work at all; I wouldn't waste my time with this.

We have a mixed breed of Doxy and Beagle. Stepping on his short hair was like stepping on sharp pine needles. Not only did this product cut down on the amount of shedding, but our dog's coat has never felt softer. And the results were almost immediate.
