5Great for agressive chewersJan 14, 2009
By S. Watson
My dachshund is an agressive chewer who doesn't know she is a small 17lbs dog. This chew/toy lasts forever and she can't destroy the toy part once the chew is gone from the inside part. It's great. I feel comfortable leaving her alone with it. They are hard to find. I just ordered the bone shaped one as well. I had not seen it before. Don't hesitate to buy this and they are so affordable!

My dog LOVES these but I buy them locally for $2.49. Thought this price was for multiples. Forget it! Go to the Walmart

1Misleading - Provide QuantitySep 05, 2010
By libreviewerpa
As someone else stated in a review, we were mislead and purchased these thinking we were getting more than one. The price is ridiculous for one, so we purchased it thinking it would be a 3 or 4 pack (especially since it got such high reviews). Needless to say, do not make financial decisions based on the thoughts of others. Go to a local store and pay $3 per, instead of paying $7-$10 here. Or, if you have that much money to waste, send it my way.

5Beware- this is not a four pack!Aug 05, 2010

My 14 lb shorkie loves this and it is the most long lasting treat I have found. He will chew on it until the filling is completely gone which will take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours. And will continue to chew and play with the hard plastic shell until I take it away from him. But I will not make the mistake of buying on Amazon again. I usually buy at Walmart or Albertsons for $2.57- $2.99. When I saw the price and the mention of four colors I assumed it was a four pack with the usual great Amazon pricing. Wrong. It is a single treat. So save your money and look for it in your local stores. As a side note I also purchased the larger size Hartz Chew N' Clean Dental Duo Toy and Edible Dog Chew Large, Assorted Colorsfor my shar pei/chow mix and would give it a one star rating. She was able to turn the plastic shell into sharp shards in minutes- without ever getting to the soft core. I had to take it away from her and consider it very dangerous.
