Really indestructibleDec 18, 2005
By anka After destroying 7 or more basketball and soccer balls, I found this ball. My labrador is a champion chewer, and has killed virtually every toy bought for him. First he was terribly frustrated at not being able to puncture the ball, but he is now a fantastic soccer player, and loves the ball. He used the first one for two years, and it was only replaced after being left behind in a move.

Jack Russell Proof BallFeb 24, 2006
By Pogo Mom The greatest ball yet. My Jack Russell could tear through a basketball in three days or less. The Almost Indestructible ball is wonderful, he can bite, chew, lick, and chase it for hours without any damage. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Ok unless your dog is a chewer...Sep 21, 2007

We have a 70lb lab mix who is not only a chewer but is pretty smart and figured out within a few minutes to "corner" the ball and then he could chew the heck out of it. Yes it rolls but if your dog gets it into a corner he will get pieces off of it if he keeps at it. Not a good toy for an unsupervised dog and would recommend only with supervision.

Logan tested.....Logan approved!Jun 28, 2011
By Christopher Mcintyre Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2BBR1ZYPOKL5X My little guy is a heavy chewer. I have several Kong toys and they last a while. But my guy really likes to chase balls. So I thought I'd give this a try.
The ball is made of hard plastic and it is pretty thick. There is a little hole with a plug that can be removed with a screw driver. I don't know what the hole is for, but it's there.
After a week of use the ball looks pretty bad. But it still works and doesn't have any holes yet. I will update this once he finally destroys it. I have faith that he eventually will.

Great toy for pits - BUT IT IS DESTRUCTIBLEJan 30, 2010
By Cathy Gonzalez UPDATE: 10/28/10: Just got back from the vet, who had to saw this ball off of our dog's lower jaw. Although we check all of her toys regularly for wear, she chewed through the ball at the plug and got it stuck on her lower jaw. She's fine, but it took 30 minutes of careful work and a bone saw to take the ball apart and off of her face. I would still recommend this as a good sturdy toy, but get rid of it when it starts getting chew marks on it.
ORIGINAL REVIEW JAN, 2010: I've tried just about every toy that's advertised as being indestructible, and most of them have been in the trash within 30 minutes. However, this one really lives up to the billing. My pitbull loves this toy and she can't destroy it. Sure, it has teeth marks on it, but she can't chew a hole in it. She's able to pick up the smaller version in her mouth, but the 10" size is great for soccer. She has lots of fun bopping it with her mouth, then chasing it and cornering it in the yard. I highly recommend this toy for any dog who is high energy and a tough chewer.
