Puppia harnesses are the best your dog can wear. The doggies don't strain against narrow bands while walking and it is easy on their little chests. Seems to prevent trachea collapse, often seen in small dogs when walking.

I have two dogs and they both have a Puppia harness in small. I first bought it for my 8 year-old, nine-pound dachshund with a bad back. I was worried about injuring her back with a collar and leash, and then loved it so much I bought one for my new puppy a 6 pound, poodle/schnauzer mix.
Both dogs fit a size small, as it measured around the neck and the chest is adjustable. I expect that my puppy will not need to size up, as she has a little room to grow, but it still fits comfortably on her now. The material is soft and the harnesses wash up nice. Both dogs get very excited when we pull the harnesses out and love to take walks with them on. They are very cute and look like the dogs are wearing adorable little pink vests. The pink is very pink and saturated, if you're not a pink person, I would recommend the blue.

This is a GREAT seller....I accidently ordered the wrong size, for Giz, I contacted the seller, and b4 I even had mine re-packaged to return, she had my correct order in the mail!

Bought two Puppia harnesses for my toy poodle a few weeks ago because her last Puppia harness wore well and lasted quite a long time. This harness fits well, does a great job in keeping the pull of the leash off her neck and on her chest, and looks adorable. However, after being worn only for a few weeks the plaid fabric has begun to shred. The fabric that is shredding is not being rubbed by anything so there is no reason for it to shred other than it wasn't well constructed. I'm disappointed. My previous experience with Puppia was so good; this experience is not.

This harness is very cute! The pink plaid really gives my puppy some style while on walks. Although the product has its flaws. The neck section is hard to get over my small chihuahua's head and makes it uncomfortable to remove. Considering that that the neck is too tight and not adjustable you would assume the rest of the harness would be too small but it is the opposite. The body of the harness hangs off of her belly even though it is tightened around her mid section. We ordered a small for my 7 lb chihuahua and overall I will go with another harness next time.
