The vet recommended the Optima about a month ago because my 2 yr old Chocolate Lab was having skin problems & losing hair. He loves the taste of the food (my other dog keeps trying to eat his food) and it seems to have made the shedding better as well as nicer coat. I don't know long term, but will continue to use for now.

Prior to ordering Optima 365, I had to vacuum twice a day every day because of our 65lb lab mix. He has been an amazingly wonderful dog but the shedding was overwhelming. I tried to stay on top of the dog hair, especially because I have a 1 and 3 year old so we are always playing on the floor. Despite my best efforts there was always dog hair in our house. Since starting this product, I have been able cut back to running the vacuum once every day or two. It has been an unbelievable change. Our dog's fur is softer than ever and we pet him more now that we don't live in fear of being covered in fur! The difference is so dramatic that even friends that come over and visit notice the change when they are petting or playing with our dog. We will never go without the Optima 365 again!!

I really like this product, works well. Has really cut down on shedding and dog now has a wonderful coat and skin. Well worth the cost.

Bought this with the feeling it will not work but what the heck, Well was I wrong, just after a few feeding we noticed the hair loss had reduced. We have used this product now for a month and there is almost no shedding. Great stuff!

I love this product! My Shetland Sheep dog sheds in the spring and fall. No more shedding with Optima 365. I used to brush out mats in his hair daily. Now I comb his hair with a wide-tooth plastic comb --- no more matting! I used the recommended dose for the first 6 weeks. Then started giving him only 1/2 a dose every day.
