Everyone loves my little dog in his LSU colors. Every dog should have something like this, and I enjoy talking to people who ask about it while we are walking about. I only wish it was larger. My dog is small, I bought a small, but the bandanna only goes less than half around the collar. Avoid my mistake and get a larger size (one or two size jumps), and cut the excess off the collar.

Sizes are offNov 11, 2010
By N. Brown Wish I would have gotten a smaller size. I'd say this was at least 2 sizes too big. Cute bandana though.

By dfcs I was at least disappointed in the dog collar bandana. It does not display well on the dog's neck. It rolls around the collar and you cannot see the bandana itself. The collar moves around his neck, which causes the bandana collar to move and roll around the collar. It was also unfortunate that the fabric bandana part is so small that of course it would not hold its own around the dog's neck. If I could, I would return it for a refund! But the dog has worn it, and so I will simply warn others not to try this product. What a shame...or was it what a sham. Either way, it was disappointing.
Cured My Terrier of LSU-Related DepressionMar 24, 2012

My Airedale Terrier, Virginia, had been agitated since the start of the college football season. Our neighborhood mailman, Perbert, habitually wore an LSU hat every saturday while delivering mail. Virginia is an avowed Alabama fan, and it was clear how unhappy this was making her. She'd brood by the door every Saturday afternoon after seeing Perbert's hat. She wouldn't touch her food and began to lose weight.
When Alabama lost to LSU midseason, Perbert showed up at our door with his purple & gold cap atop his head and an obscene leer on his face. He looked Virginia right in the eye and told her that she cheered for an inferior team. She whimpered, retreated to her bed, and refused to leave for days.
In desperation, I took her to Bubba Beauregard, our vet, who showed me this wonderful dog collar bandana. It was poetic justice when Perbert was forced to deliver it. I invited him inside to watch the coronation. His hands shook when I opened the package and revealed the wonderful crimson and white kerchief with the Alabama football logo gloriously emblazoned right in the middle. I snapped it on Virginia and gleefully watched her rise and practically chase the mailman out of our house.
For the rest of the season Virginia confidently strutted around the neighborhood like the Top Dog she truly is. Even better: the Crimson Tide football team continued to rack up victories and won the right to a rematch against LSU in the National Championship game.
After Alabama shut out LSU, Perbert stopped by our house one more time without his ugly hat. Virginia was still wearing her bandana and walked up to him and shook his hand.
I very much doubt that we'll see that ugly hat this season, but Virginia will most certainly be wearing this wonderful collar!
Cute as decoration - not for actual leash/lead useFeb 08, 2012
By Lexus-Babe Very cute item - UConn Huskies for our Husky - for the hubby - Washington Husky next for me. True to past reviews, seems to run large & certainly just a decoration item & not to be used as an actual collar. The buckle is large, bulky & not tight enough so it won't work on a leash/lead. But to celebrate your favorite team, nice idea! & She already put her mark on it by chewing off the tip. LOL
