a silly little toyApr 30, 2002

The wiggly giggly ball is cute and makes cute noises - I originally bought one at a baby store for my then-2 year old son, but my basset hound quickly took ownership of it (she enjoyed it more anyway). One word of caution is that it is not a chewy ball - if the dog has a desire to chew on it then it will be history in no time. We are on our third wiggly ball for that reason - but still love them!

Best money I ever spentDec 01, 2009
By Janet Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3CQWVWK3Y5Q9T There are two types of giggly balls. We have the orange one in the picture, the surface is hard. the green one is soft and pliable. The green one can be chewed up and destroyed. The orange one we bought last christmas for our mini-pin and it has DELIGHTED her for almost a solid year. She loves it. Our ears hurt though from her barking at it. I would buy another one but she doesn't really need two.

Good for Sight Impaired/Blind DogsNov 29, 2006

My lab, now 8, is nearly blind (SARS) but loves playing fetch. Unfortunately, although she could hear the ball land, she'd often lose it with all the other exciting smells. So I gave this ball a try. True, the thing is not at all durable. I make sure to take it from her and keep the game going then put it away when we're finished. The ball will be finished otherwise - she has managed to extract one of the metal giggle pieces after just a few plays. But overall, it's a good solution if your dog has trouble seeing. If s/he is a chewer, be sure and manage the activities!

Hilarious to WatchMar 19, 2003
By Sarah Williams This toy makes a great and interesting sound that captivates my dogs. Whenever it rolls, they pounce on it immediately-only to have it roll away again. Cheap entertainment for humans (and dogs alike) at its best. If your dog is a chewer like mine, check the ball occasionally as the plastic is hard and could do damage if swallowed.

Good ToyDec 08, 2002
By Connie O'Simpson This is a cute toy, but isn't durable for a lab puppy. My puppy, who is 1 years old, chewed up this toy during the week that i got it in the mail. The plastic covering seems hard, toy is very cute, and attracts a dog's attention, but i think that you might need a sturdier toy for a dog who loves to chew and play!
