Product fine if you can find itMay 04, 2010

I ordered the pictured item, #743C, with safety stop and flat-metal spring. The seller sent #727C, without either, promised to send return label and failed to do so. When I finally bought the pictured product from another company, I found it quite satisfactory, simple and easy to use. The product is fine. I just would not order it from this seller.
