I thought it was a good product from the picture, but the assembly "without tools" was cumbersome and not very precise on the corners. Also, the velcro couldn't hold that much and must of the time my 30 lb dog was half way on the floor. My dog started chewing on it and that was the end, I presume he didn't like it either. Also the shipment took forever.

i have an older cheseapke bay retriever who was getting sores on her elbows from all of our hard surface floors. i bought this because i can keep it inside and also bring it outside on the deck. she uses it all of the time and it gets her up and off of the hard flooring. it's much easier to clean that plush beds and doesnt get smelly. she really likes it and so do we.

I bought this bed for my 94lb. labrador and he just LOVES this bed! We live in an apartment and he stays on our large balcony during the day so I bought it to get him up off the hard concrete. He would rather sleep in the bed than inside most of the time. The only problem I've noticed is that the four legs are showing signs of outward flexing from his weight, but not enough to break or make the canvas drag the ground. The X-large bed also has to reinforcement rods under the middle so that helps too with a large dog. My dog did chew on the plastic connector pieces and the canvas, but that's not an issue with the product because my dog could destroy ANYTHING if he wanted to bad enough. We've been happy with it, especially since you can get a cool camo cover for it!

I am very unhappy.....I ordered the medium size cot.
Apparently the photo advertised must be a large dog cot, as it has an extra set of legs in the middle, Mine does not. I feel that this is false advertising. The one shown would be far sturdier. I will not be likely to order anything again.

I bought this cot about a year ago for my Bullmastiff. She LOVES it, but she's one of those dogs who has to scratch and cirlce before they go to sleep. Needless to say, she finally tore completely through the cover about a month ago. And, to top things off, the company apparently doesn't sell replacement covers like coolaroo does. I'm disappointed. I would have bought a replacement cover since the frame is still in good shape and usable. Now I will have to buy a complete bed. This time I wil go with Coolaroo, since I can get replacement covers!
