The quality was excellent but the delivery took forever to get. Mind you I am located in Manhattan and there warehouse is in Brooklyn and it took a week and half to get. I called and emailed them to find the status of my order and it took three days to get a email back. Very poor customer service from there end.
Was over charged for shipping. I paid $7.00 for shipping and it shipped by regular mail. The package was small and not heavy for anyone to be charged that amount. If anything I thought my order was shipping by Fed EX Ground or UPS Ground for that amount. Would not re order from them again. Save yourself from the hassle. Great price for the sweatshirt but poor customer service!
